This food is a variant of fricassee. It has the quality of curing hangovers to continue  the feast, like the fricassee, and the unique preparation of using the entire head of the animal. It is served throughout the Bolivian East, clinuda and hot

Baked Keperí

From the pampas of the  eastern region of Bolivia,  where cattle are raised,  comes the keperí, a dish that for its rich flavor is consumed throughout the national territory. Its most popular and richest version is al  oven, because it gives a very special flavor to the meat.
Baked keperi  It is served with rice with cheese, tomato and lettuce salad, boiled or fried yucca.  The preparation of this food is simple and its ingredients are easy to find.

Pork rind

On  Bolivia , pork rinds is a special dish made of pork  and pork skin prepared with the same fat as the animal,  in large pails that are in turn supported in large clay stoves, most of the time prepared over a wood fire, other times with gas.

This exquisite dish is accompanied with  nickname  (boiled corn kernel),  potato  boiled in the shell, garnished with  Llajwa

Majadito

The  majadito  or  nice  It is a typical dish of the Bolivian East, mainly prepared in the departments of the  Beni  and  Santa Cruz  dating from the time of the Spanish conquest of Bolivian territory. This dish is prepared based on  rice  with  jerky  (dehydrated meat),  eggsYucca  and  bananas  fried.

Peanut soup

Peanut soup is a delicious traditional recipe of Bolivian gastronomy. A delicious dish that, as its name suggests,  The main ingredient is peanuts or peanuts.
